Nehemiah Computer Centre
COMPUTER EDUCATION FOR LESS PRIVILEGED CHILDREN
Nehemiah Computer Centre has been focusing to bring the computer and basic computer skills to less privileged children in Karachi, Pakistan, particularly children who have little or no access to the use of computers. Worse still, many school children from low income families face a potential threat of never handling the computer throughout the first cycle of education, and even beyond. These children must be a part of the computer age. At Nehemiah Computer Centre, it is our belief that the less privileged children in the 21st century needs to know how to use the computer in order to succeed in higher education, career ambitions and future aspirations.
Currently, the project is offering basic skills in computer, i.e. MS Office, Adobe Photoshop, Web Designing and much more to some 200 children with a very nominal fees.
